We are pleased with Ontario’s progress, particularly in our local Guelph/Wellington area, and are looking forward to a sense of normalcy. However, these frequent changes do present challenges for our Boards and leave them with many decisions to make.
First and foremost, the safety of all residents, visitors, staff and service providers is being considered. The MF office will remain closed to walk-in traffic; however, visitors may book an appointment in advance with Reception for drop offs or pick ups. A mask or face covering is required when in the building. Our office is occupied at half capacity and we expect to continue this way for the near future.
Our condominium clients will weigh the financial and logistical implications of reopening, as well as legislative requirements which include, but are not limited to, active screening, restricting capacity, contact tracing ability and enhanced cleaning protocols. Each condominium community is different and what might work for one, will not for another.
We encourage all owners and residents to continue to wear a mask, physical distance where possible and to have a safe and healthy summer!
