As we near the end of 2022, we would like to wish all of our residents, directors and families a happy holiday season.
This has been yet another challenging year. As we move into 2023, we would like to thank those who took the time to send a kind word or note of encouragement to a member of our staff; it means more than you know, especially as we face supply chain delays, labour shortages and financial trials and often need to be the bearer of bad news. We work with some truly wonderful communities and are so grateful for the strong relationships that we have formed with owners and board members alike.
As always, we will be closed for the holidays to give our hard-working staff a much-needed break to relax and recharge. This year, our office will be closed beginning Friday, December 23rd and will re-open on Monday, January 2nd. If you experience an emergency during this time, please call the office at 519-824-4208 or 855-824-4208 to reach the answering service. If you have an urgent matter, you may leave a voicemail or email for your manager as these will be checked periodically over the closure.
