The corporate leadership team shares the day-to-day responsibilities of managing the company. The team collaborates across the entire spectrum of operational needs in their goal of maintaining the company’s reputation as a leader in the property management industry. They bring their experience and knowledge to the table in order to provide guidance, direction, inspiration and encouragement to the entire MF team.
Carla Guthrie, Vice President
Carla has been a member of the MF team since 1993, and earned her Registered Condominium Manager designation in 1995. She was the driving force behind MF becoming one of the first ten property management companies to attain the ACMO 2000 designation, and subsequent recertification of the designation.
After managing a portfolio of condominiums for several years, Carla was promoted to the position of Vice President. As VP, Carla leads the MF team as the company continues to grow. Carla brings her commitment to excellence to all aspects of the MF team. Carla is involved with each department of the company, including policy creation and implementation, human resources, bookkeeping, IT support, and senior management support.
Carla shares her extensive knowledge of the condominium industry through speaking at conferences, writing articles for industry magazines, and facilitating in-house ACMO courses for managers who are working towards earning their R.C.M. designation.
Margot Morel, Manager of Operations
Margot has been a member of the MF team since June 2000, and earned her Registered Condominium Manager designation in 2011. In recognition of Margot’s excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, she was promoted to the newly-created position of Manager, Operations in June 2014.
Margot manages a portfolio of two high-rise condominiums, while also ensuring that effective condominium management practices are in place and adhered to by all staff.
Margot makes sure that all company processes are as efficient as possible, and keeps everyone up-to-date on changing trends and policies in the condominium industry.
Jamie Poodry, Manager of Finance & Communications
Jamie has been a member of the MF team since December 2009. She was promoted to the newly-created position of Manager, Finance and Communications in October 2011, and earned her Registered Condominium Manager designation in 2013.
Jamie manages a portfolio of two condominiums while fulfilling a variety of responsibilities relating to internal IT systems and financial management operations of the condominium corporations managed by MF.
Jamie’s professionalism, patience, and calm demeanor keeps all members of her team focused, and guarantees that all tasks are completed, on-time, and correct.
